An internal supporting wall for Mr Lamb in Colchester - (We were asked by Mr Lamb to quote for removing an internal supporting wall from his property and completed the job within time and budget for the client, we have included some pictures of the work we completed over a 3-day period. This included removal of supporting wall, dual RSJ installation to support wall and remaining chimney stack, installing new plasterboard, electrical works, and reinstalling coving and skirting.)
In Wivenhoe, we completed a 2-storey extension project with a re-roofing service.
In St Annes, our builders carried out single-storey extension project which included a wheelchair friendly washroom.
We damp proofed and removed the flooring in one shop in Scheregate Steps.
We found an unexploded WWII bomb while carrying out work at a project site in Short Wyre St, Colchester town centre. The site had to be closed off for a day for the bomb disposal squad to remove the bomb. The project was re-roofing and internal renovations.
In Elmstead Market, we carried out a property renovation work. Our builders installed hardwood framed ledged and braces doors for the property.
